Huddle Friendly UI

In this video, Wim highlights all the recent enhancements to improve Kanban for Connectwise to work very well in daily huddle, especially with large screen LCDs.

Bi-Directional Sync

Obviously we pull in the ConnectWise data like boards, companies, projects, and tickets so that you don’t have to enter anything into Kanban. The cool thing we also do is bi-directional updating of ticket statuses. In this video, Wim shows how a drag & drop in Kanban will update CW and how changing a status in CW will also update Kanban.

Kanban Swimlanes

Wim shows off one of CW Kanbans greatest features: the swimlane. Make triage a breeze by dragging from the un-assigned ticket swimlane to any member swimlane on a board.

CW Kanban is amazing! Finally a way to have a visual overview of our tickets. This is especially useful for projects. CW Kanban support is also great and we strongly recommend this product!

Move From Push to Pull

In this video, Wim paints a picture that compares a regular ConnectWise “push” workflow and a more optimized Lean/Kanban “pull” approach to workflow.

Kanban Case Study

This week I had a consult with an MSP. Currently they have a rigid dispatch process for working through projects, but it has issues with overwhelmed engineers, constant rescheduling, inability to respond to unplanned changes and so forth. They want to work towards a more collaborative and Agile/Lean method. They would like to have a weekly rhythm of creating a batch of work for the next week.

Customize Kanban Cards

It’s time to add some colour to CW Kanban! Over the last year we have been syncing more and more data about your ConnectWise tickets. This has helped identify ticket neglect, blocks, or resource mis-management. Now that kanban tracks all this data, we thought it would time to let you do something meaningful with it.
